Biblical: We believe, teach and confess that the Holy Bible is the inspired and inerrant Word of God. Through this Word, the Lord God creates faith in us and strengthens us to live lives of faith toward Him and love toward one another.

Confessional: Confessional Lutherans hold to the Biblical, historic faith of the Church as confessed in the the Three Ecumenical Creeds – the Apostles Creed, Nicene Creed, and the Athanasian Creed.

As Lutherans we unreservedly uphold the Lutheran Confessions of 1580 as a faithful exposition of the Christian faith. These writings confess what the orthodox, biblical Church has always believed and taught.

LiturgicalLiturgy means public service.  Not merely our service and praise to God, but that God comes to us as the One who serves (Luke 22:27).  He comes to us in His gifts of Word and Sacrament, in which we receive and praise Him through the Biblical, historic, reverent liturgy of the Church.

We believe, teach and confess that the Holy Spirit works through God’s appointed means of grace (The preaching of the Word, Holy Baptism, Holy Absolution, and the Sacrament of the Altar) in order to form and sustain faith and to give sinners forgiveness of sins, life, and salvation.
